We realize that neighborhoods in transition experience issues such as crime and unsafe conditions. Falling victim to a crime often times places a difficult financial burden on the individual. This fund is aimed at assisting those who have been victimized. From broken windows to stolen vehicles and injuries all have a cost. We look to offer some relief.
